Guests are asked to arrive between 4.00pm and 8.00pm. The reception desk closes at 8.00pm during the week and 10.00pm during the weekend. However, a later arrival is possible upon request. The time of arrival is to be agreed in advance by email (8 days prior your arrival).

We would like to inform you that for everyone’s convenience, there is no check-in after 8.00pm during the week and 10.00pm during the weekend and it is not possible to allow access to our establishment without carrying out the normal check-in procedure.

To guarantee your reservation we ask you a payment of 50 % of the total amount of your stay.

Cancellation policy :

• more than 60 days prior to arrival: your deposit is refunded, minus €25 per room for administrative costs and any potential bank fees;
• 60 days to 30 days prior to arrival: 50 % of the total booking amount is due with a minimum of one night;
• less than 30 days prior to arrival: the total cost of your stay is to be paid in full.

Cancellations and/or modifications to reservations must be made in writing.
Reimbursements can be carried out, in accordance with the above cancellation policy, as soon as payment has been received by the hotel's bank account.

Terms and Conditions:

• In accordance with articles L.121-18-4°, L121-20 and subsequent, relating to distance selling and e-commerce, accommodation and/or food services are not subject to a right of withdrawal;
• If you wish to shorten your stay, you will be charged 30 % of the total number of cancelled nights per room with a minimum of one night;
• Rooms are generally available from 3.30pm on the day of arrival and you must check out of your room before 11am on the day of departure.

Late check-out may be agreed with the hotel management, schedule permitting, with the following additional charges:

• between 11.30am and 2pm: 50% of the cost of an extra night will be payable;
• after 2pm: one extra night will be payable in full.

Reception closes at 8.00pm (local time). Guests are therefore asked to arrive between 4.00pm and 8.00pm. However a later arrival is possible. In this case, arrival time must be agreed in advance via email.

For everyone's comfort and safety, our hotel is non-smoking (decree n°2006-1386 of 15/11/2006).

Each room is equipped with a smoke detector which is linked to the fire alarm. For everyone's comfort and safety, smoking is prohibited both in the rooms and on the balconies. Any improper use of the fire alarm constitutes an offence and is punishable by law (article 322-14 of the penal code).

For everyone's comfort and safety, pets are not allowed in the rooms, on balconies, in the breakfast room, in the luggage storage area or in the toilets. Pets remain the entire responsibility of their owners and must be supervised at all times in the gardens, at reception and in the lounge area during opening times.

Providing bank details and/or payment of a deposit implies acceptance by you of the above Terms and Conditions.

For any reservations longer than 7 nights, an interim payment corresponding to the number of nights spent in our hotel shall be requested halfway through your stay. The balance will be deducted at the end of your stay.

Methods of payment:

• preferably by credit card (Visa, MasterCard);
• in cash: €500 notes are not accepted and other notes are accepted subject to agreement;
• cheques are no longer accepted due to the number of stolen or bounced cheques, without recourse. We would like to present our most sincere apologies to our more honest customers for this inconvenience.
